Shipping & Returns

We will do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. For sure it will be within 3 business days.

Beyond that it is really out of our control how long it takes.

But we are not in the business of annoying our customers so will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible...those fish won't wait.

As for returns - if we have made a mistake we will refund your total including the shipping or replace faulty items.

However if it is your mistake we will consider a refund for the goods if you return them to us by mutual agreement, as new, at your expense. We won't even mind if we have to repack the item as long as we can resell it as new. But you can't expect us to refund the shipping in this case. Fair's fair.
